It has also been supporting charities in the past two years as they look to increase the impact of their fund-raising campaigns. This includes the National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society, Breast Cancer Care, 3 5 3, Rave & Ride and the Brett Foundation.

Nobull has constantly reinvented its business from its original PR roots to moving into the social media arena some seven years ago. More recently it has added the latest digital tools into its tool kit as companies take more of its marketing spend online and on social media.

As well as employing a highly-experienced team it engages the services of best in breed freelances to ensure the right ‘power team’ is employed on each client account.

Powerful insights collected from social media channels are supporting clients in reaching their target customer audiences more efficiently and helping ensure they get the best return on their investment in PR, marketing and social media.

We appointed Goodman Jones after previous accountants over a four-year period had continually failed to understand our business and help us manage and control our accounts efficiently. Goodman Jones helped us tidy up the four years’ worth of mediocrity and ultimately ensure we were compliant with all our companies’ house and HMRC information.

We worked together on the introduction of auto enrolment and have more recently reviewed director remuneration following the introduction in changes to the treatment of dividends by the HMRC. Director tax returns are also carried out by Goodman Jones. Each year we produce our own budget and then on a quarterly basis Goodman Jones produces management accounts for us to review our performance against budget which helps us fine tune things on a regular basis. In conjunction with our book keeper we also review the data that has been input to ensure we highlight any anomalies on a quarterly rather than annual basis.

While we pride ourselves on running a competent ship it is reassuring to have a partner such as Goodman Jones working with us to achieve the same aims.
