logo cilantro v5Cilantro Engineering is a privately-owned company specialising in Mechanical Electrical and Protective Services. Since it was founded in 2003, the company has grown to an annual turnover of over £65million.

It counts many blue-chip businesses amongst its client base such as Mace, Lend Lease, The Berkeley Group and Ballymore Group.

Earlier this year they completed 650 residential units and the site-wide energy units at Royal Wharf and also achieved practical completion on developing a quality MEP Fit out and infrastructure for 200 high-end residential apartments as part of an initial stage of the London City Island development.

Another exciting project is Embassy Gardens, home to what will be London’s only skypool, where Cilantro were appointed to work as part of a collaborative team to deliver Design and Build MEP Installations of the highest possible standard. An example of their commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.

Cilantro Engineering has recently expanded into the Irish market and will provide MEP services on the development of 498 residential units at Dublin Landings with Ballymore Group.

Innovation

Examples of Cilantro’s appetite to innovate are plentiful and has been one of the areas where we have been supporting them.

Our first project working with Cilantro was to provide them with guidance and assistance to help them put together their first Research & Development claim. It was clear Cilantro are a highly innovative company and the successful claim was not only very satisfying but also very encouraging to motivate the company to continue to develop and innovate.
