Ritu Vaghela is the Head of People and Talent at Goodman Jones. She is responsible for the company’s people plans including learning and development, on-boarding, organisational development, workplace support services, employee relations, well-being, diversity & inclusion and the company culture.
Ritu has a track record of enabling growth within teams through project delivery and uses her collaboration skills to enable that journey. Ritu is the creator of the People Network group at Goodman Jones.

Career
Ritu has over 20 years of experience working within Human Resources/People Teams, and has worked across multiple sectors including audit, not for profit, consultancy, tech and air lines.
Interests
Ritu loves to experience different cultures through her love of travel, has a passion for cooking and loves eating out, when she gets the time.
