We help organisations and their owners and directors.
The organisations are UK based as well as international groups looking to invest into the UK. They tend to be established and growing entities.
We love working with clients across a broad range of sectors but have particular expertise in the areas listed.
We also work with private individuals and families with their own personal tax matters, whether their wealth is UK-based or international.

I joined Goodman Jones as a Partner in September 2013 after over a decade as a partner in a top 10 firm. I am head of the Creative Industries Group, in charge of the delivery of services to our clients in the sector. I am also head of the Audit and Accounts team as well as the ICAEW training partner.
I specialise in providing advice across a number of creative industry sectors with particular expertise in television, advertising and publishing. My role as trusted adviser to these companies has given me a range of experiences and contacts to call upon, and I am well known in the sector with strong links to creative industry specialists within, for example, banks, law firms and corporate finance advisers. Many of my clients are innovative in their sectors particularly in their use of technology and in driving innovation. As part of my involvement in this demanding sector and as part of helping advise on the exploitation of intellectual property and its protection, I also act for a number trademark and patent attorneys who are involved in the protection of innovation globally. I have clients within music, games, arts and culture, technology, design and fashion. With much of my work being of an international aspect, I also act for clients within the air charter sector and am an ATOL Reporting Accountant. Many of my clients have property related aspects to their businesses which I also help them with.
I act for a number of International groups where my experience of cross-border structures and transactions has been invaluable. I have been able to assist clients in the establishment of overseas subsidiaries. I have extensive international contacts through such work.

Originally specialising in audit, I am now a general practitioner including tax advisory services, but I continue my audit specialism as one of the firms Responsible Individuals and in heading up the audit team. I am also the partner responsible to the ICAEW for training chartered accountants within the firm.
I am married with two children at university. When I’m not with my family, out and about walking our dog, I will often be at gigs watching bands, sometimes at festivals, or at the cinema or theatre. My interest in the creative industries sector is based on a love of music, film and TV from an early age.
