Our own Graeme Bursack is featured in this months Accountancy magazine. The ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales) have been sounding him out to develop their new leaders in practice programme.

Whilst technical excellence must be a given it is vital that management and leadership skills are not sidelined. A successful business cannot survive on technical skills. I know Graeme agrees and you can find more of his thoughts in the magazine article.
