Its six new starters bring the total number of trainees across the firm to 24.<\/p>\n<p>Goodman Jones offers two early-careers pathways. University graduates joining through the Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) route undertake a three-year training programme, while school leavers can join through the Certificate in Finance, Accounting and Business (CFAB) route, which typically lasts between 18 and 24 months.<\/p>\n<p>The latest cohort also joins Goodman Jones at a time when the firm has been recognised as one of the UK\u2019s Best Workplaces in Financial Services &amp; Insurance\u2122 2026 by Great Place To Work\u00ae UK. The recognition is based on confidential employee feedback and reflects the firm\u2019s focus on creating an environment where people feel supported and able to develop their careers.<\/p>\n<p>Goodman Jones has further enhanced its early-careers onboarding this year with new digital learning resources, detailed eBooks, a mapped annual training schedule and practical course checklists. Trainees also receive ongoing guidance from the firm\u2019s dedicated Early Careers &amp; Training Coordinator.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ritu Vaghela, Head of People &amp; Talent at Goodman Jones, said:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cAt a time when so many young people are finding it difficult to get that first opportunity, employers have an important role to play in creating meaningful routes into the workplace and giving people the foundations to build long-term careers. For us, that also means recognising that there is no single route into accountancy. By creating opportunities for both school leavers and university graduates, we can bring talented young people into the profession at different stages and give them the professional training, practical experience and support they need to succeed.<\/p>\n<p>Getting people through the door is only part of the equation.
